ASHIATSU ORIENTAL BAR THERAPY
Ashiatsu is an updated, Western version of an ancient form of barefoot massage. Ashiatsu offers deep compression without discomfort. In many ways, the long, flowing strokes of Ashiatsu are similar to a Swedish massage -- only deeper than the hands can deliver. Your session will end with a relaxing traditional massage of the face, neck, shoulders and/or feet.

MYOKINESTHETIC SYSTEM
The MyoKinesthetic System focuses on the nervous system, while working on the muscular system, to alleviate pain, restore function and movement, and balance posture. A session takes about 15-30 minutes, uses no oils or creams, and the client remains fully clothed. Please note that payment is for each session, not for a length of time. Length of session may vary, depending on the condition, and treatment required.

LAUGHTER YOGA
Heidi Homerding will travel to your location and lead the group in a Laughter Yoga session. No special clothing or equipment is required. Travel fees may apply.
Laughter Yoga for Social Occasions
Incorporate a Laughter Yoga session into your next social gathering - birthday party, bridal shower, bachelorette party, cookout, celebration, you-name-it! Laughter Yoga is a great ice-breaker, and an incredibly fun way to bring a group closer together.
Laughter Yoga for the Workplace
A Laughter Yoga session can be a fun-filled opening activity, or an after-lunch or mid-conference energizer, which helps co-workers bond together, celebrate each other, and build a firm foundation for working together.

POLICIES
Cancellation
If you must cancel or make adjustments to your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, so I have time to give your reserved spot to a waiting client. Failure to give appropriate notice for a missed appointment could result in your being billed for the session.
Tipping
Don't worry about tipping. I feel my rates are reasonable and do not accept tips. The best tip you can give is the referral of your friends and family. To show my thanks for your trust, I also have a referral program.
