The release of endorphins during a massage work as the body’s natural painkiller.
Massage relaxes injured, tired and over used muscles.
The first time I received a massage I knew I wanted to help people ease their pain and relax their stress. I attended Everest Institute, and have been working as a massage therapist since 2008. Because I apply a firmer pressure with plenty of kneading, my massage style is best described as deep tissue relaxation. I also specialize in a relaxing Swedish massage, therapeutic treatment work for the active and injured, as well as Hot Stone and Pregnancy massage. My philosophy is that massage isn’t just a luxury; it’s a way to stay healthy.
A relaxing massage using either a light, medium or firm touch with a combination of massage modalities.
Deep Tissue Massage
Intensive massage that relieves muscle tension by slow firm pressure at a second layer of muscle.
Pre-Natal or Pregnancy Massage
Massage using specialty designed pillow to lay prone or side lying. This is perfect for mother to be.
Hot Stone Massage
The warm stones provide heat that penetrate deep into muscle tissue resulting profound relaxation and melt away muscle tension.
Aroma Therapy uses fragrant essential oils blended into a 4oz bottle of lotion and used during your massage session.
